Despite last week's snowy weather, spring is in full bloom in Frisco, at least at Frisco Square.
The Visual Arts Guild of Frisco began placing pansies and petunias last week in the Frisco Square area to prepare for the Flower Power Festival on March 15 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
