If but for only ONE reason...Frisco, Texas is indeed one of the fastest growing cities in the US! Frisco is also Texas' Rising Star for sports, shopping, art and also includes some of the most elegant accommodations. Shopping:
Frisco offers nearly 5 millon square feet of shopping. From the Stonebriar Centre, one of the premier shopping malls in the Southwest, to Ikea, the world's leading home furnishings retailer, to the Center at Preston Ridge, an outdoor shopping center, including a variety of shops and restaurants, Frisco has it all.
With more than 10,000 new residents moving to Frisco each year, America’s top furniture and home décor retailers have also opened their doors in Frisco. Furniture and accessories from great retailers such as Ethan Allen, Anderson’s, Haverty’s and Amish Furniture Showcase, are available.
Also, just across the parking lot from IKEA, for your convenience, Eurway, Zuri, Ashley, Rooms to Go, and Stone Creek Furniture are clustered. Two top furniture retailers, the Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware, are located inside the Stonebriar Centre.
These twelve retailers are conveniently located between the Tollway and Preston Road, bordered on the south by Hwy. 121.

Sports:
Frisco proudly boasts of four professional sports teams: The Frisco RoughRiders baseball, FC Dallas soccer, Texas Tornado amateur hockey and Frisco Thunder Intense Football League.
The City of Frisco is home to Pizza Hut Park, the first large scale soccer facility of its type in the United States.
The Pizza Hut Park also hosts many concerts, to include a variety of music types.
All around the Pizza Hut Park, continued construction of modern day apartment lofts and shops is happening. The city continues to grow on a daily basis.

Art:
Frisco, Texas is also known for its passion for art! A variety of outdoor sculptures celebrating the history of Frisco can be found throughout the city. Craig Hall owns the largest private collection of contemporary outdoor sculpture, and it is on public display in Hall Office Park. The collection includes works by James Surls, Frances Bagley and Isaac Smith.

Frisco is conveniently located north of Downtown Dallas just 25 minutes from DFW International Airport and Love Field Airport.

The features as posted show that Frisco is an ideal place for living and will be emerging property market in the world like Brazil property.
The shopping malls, furniture shops, parks and good game spirits are all fun.
